How to actually get them
Three rules. One: sign up 1–2 weeks before your birthday — several of these need lead time to send the coupon. Two: use your real birth date; some ask for ID at redemption. Three: check your email (and spam folder) the week of — most birthday rewards arrive as a coupon code or app offer, not automatically at the register.
Offers change, so if one doesn’t show up, check the restaurant’s rewards page before you go. But as of our last check, everything above was live.
